ABOUT HOLIDAY HOP
Moline Holiday Hop is the traditional kickoff to the holiday season in downtown Moline, as businesses offer holiday-themed events, specials, and activities for all ages during this FREE two-day event!
Holiday Hop features live music, ice sculpting, and appearances by the Grinch and Santa Claus, too. And, you can ride the trolleys from place to place, taking in the sights and sounds of the holiday season throughout downtown. ADA is also provided at each stop.

Friday, November 14, 2025 and Saturday, November 15, 2025
Friday Trolley Hours: 4-7pm
Saturday Trolley Hours: Noon to 4pm

It's not just a photo booth - it's an experience! Housed in a beautifully restored 8x5 foot trailer, Snap Wagon will add instant charm and an unforgettable experience to Holiday Hop 2025. Ice sculptor Rob Storm returns to Holiday Hop to carve up new and exciting holiday ice creations right before your eyes! Watch as he transforms blocks of ice into festive works of art that capture the spirit of the season.
Rob’s live carving is always a highlight—stop by, take photos and enjoy the magic of ice art in Downtown Moline!

Make your Holiday Hop visit extra special with a stop at the Svithiod Club on Saturday, Nov. 15 from noon-1, where Santa and Mrs. Claus will be ready to greet families and hear what’s on every child’s wish list. Enjoy the festive atmosphere, take photos with the Clauses, and soak in the holiday spirit right in the heart of Downtown Moline. It’s the perfect stop to add a little extra magic to your Holiday Hop experience! Svithiod Club located at 1522 6th Ave.

Historic Block Courtyard is home to live music events in the summer and fall, but it also features activities during Holiday Hop.
The courtyard is located at 1520 River Drive, between River House & Dead Poet's Espresso.
